Room Hire

The Town Council has a number of rooms available for hire at the Town Hall and Council Offices, Llanddulas Road, Abergele. We have full disabled access and a disabled toilet.

Main Chamber

The Main Chamber is an attractive wood-panelled ex-Court room. It is available for hearings and meetings and can comfortably accommodate up to 60 persons. The Main Chamber has the benefit of Desktop Microphones and a Loop Hearing System.
½ day session** or evening (up to 4 hours) £66.00, Full day £132.00

Room 4

The smaller court room can accommodate up to 25 persons for meetings.
½ day session ** or evening (up to 4 hours) £55.00, Full day £110.00

Rooms 6

An additional smaller room is also available, for meetings of up to 10 persons.
½ day session** or evening (up to 4 hours) £46.50, Full day £93.00

* Refreshments are included in the cost (please note on the booking form how many refreshments will be required)
** Please note a session is AM (up to four hours), PM (up to four hours) or evening (up to four hours)
