Abergele Dementia Friendly Community is about making Abergele and the surrounding area a more pleasant place to live for people living with a Dementia.

Anyone can be working towards becoming dementia-friendly; a city, town, village or even an organisation. It's all about understanding, respecting and supporting those living with dementia. The aim is to ensure that people with dementia can still feel confident with contributing and participating in the local community.
